The Project

A Full Exterior Refresh — Clean, Stained, and Built to Stand Out

The homeowner near Center Creek Park in Carl Junction had a list of exterior work that had been building up — the siding needed a serious cleaning, the wood posts and shutters had faded, and the front of the home needed something extra to pull it all together. On top of the exterior refresh, a fence had blown over in a storm and a ceiling fan inside needed to be replaced before we wrapped up.

We started by pressure washing the entire exterior from top to bottom, which meant working carefully around the steep roof pitch to safely reach the second story. Once everything was clean and dry, we stained the posts and shutters to bring the color back, then built a set of custom flower boxes from scratch and stained those to match. With the main work done, we got the blown-over fence back upright and swapped out the ceiling fan — knocking out the full list in one visit.

The end result is a front exterior that looks sharp from the street — clean siding, rich wood tones, and custom flower boxes that give the home real curb appeal. The homeowner was happy with how it all came together and left us a great review. That kind of feedback is what keeps us going.
